Atlus has released yet another trailer of their new game, Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers. The trailer is almost 4 minutes long with Oracle narrating.
The video contains a short explanation about the game. Oracle explains that its a new action RPG 6 months following the events of Persona 5. She also explains the story: the members of the Phantom Thieves are planning to enjoy their summer when suddenly, a new character named Zenkici Hasegawa informs them that they are suspects in a strange incident. In order to clear their names, they travel to various parts in Japan to investigate while trying to enjoying what remains of their summer vacation.
Players will revisit some previous locations in Persona 5, such as Sapporo, Sendai, Okinawa, Kyoto, and Osaka.
Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers will be released on PlayStation and the Nintendo Switch in Japan on February 20, 2020. A demo was released in Japan today. There is also a collections edition called Treasure Box available for pre-order on Amazon Japan. The collector’s edition will contain the game, an art book, a soundtrack, a Blue-ray disc featuring creation of the theme song, a towel, a traveling bag, and a package featuring new illustrations.
