The developers of Fire Emblem, Intelligent Systems, has announced the newest Mythic Hero addition to their popular mobile game, Fire Emblem: Heroes. Above, we can see a trailer from Nintendo about the Lethal Swordsman.
Líf, is the General of the Hel, the realm of the dead. He is first introduced in Book III, Chapter 1, in Fire Emblem Heroes as an antagonist. Líf fights against the Order of Heroes during Hel’s invasion of Askr, with his goal being to destroy the world by turning the living into the dead.
As an Anima season Mythic Hero, Líf will provide a defense bonus in PvP mode and Aether Raids. It is interesting to note that his attack, Sokkrvabekkr, damages nearby allies but can be used to activate skills with HP conditions such as Desperation and Wrath. Also, his personal skill, Deadly Balance, states that while he is above 50% HP or when inflicted with penalties, Líf will be able to retaliate with Open the Future and regain HP.
Below are the heroes that will be available under Líf’s banner:
- Líf: Lethal Swordsman
- Eliwood: Blazing Knight
- Byleth: Proven Professor
